We accept all major credit and debit cards directly through Stripe.

For invitations and custom work: Payment must be made in full and have cleared before we will start the editing process of your order. For posters and cards: payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item will ship. 

If you are having any issues with Stripe, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will assist you in any way that we can.



All shipping is calculated using USPS First Class rates. All shipping times are guidelines and should be viewed as approximate. If you prefer to expedite shipping, please contact us and anticipate shipping costs to change accordingly. 

International shipping is happily handled on a case-by-case basis. 

Prints are reinforced with chipboard for protection during shipping, cards and invitations are shipped in custom bags.


Refunds and Exchanges

Please note that cards and prints should be ordered seriously. At this time we cannot make refunds or exchanges for these items. 

Due to the custom nature of our invitations, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. Please check proofs carefully as we are not responsible for mistakes in spelling, punctuation, capitalization, grammar, dates or other misinformation. Returns based on color choice are not accepted.


Additional Policies and FAQs

Please note that colors are most accurately displayed on a desktop computer rather than a tablet or phone. We suggest ordering a sample for assurance of printed color accuracy. 

When customizing listed wedding suites, buyer is given two opportunities to request changes concerning color and invitation wording. We happily provide design direction throughout this process.
